Always a massive queue, not enough counters/staff

Waste if a day! Made an advance appointment to discuss mortgage and their advisor could not help on the day ... could make another appointment, but can't get booked in for over a month!!

This branch never has enough staff to help the people in the queues. They are not recommended to use as a business bank. Do not think about sending money to an international bank. Fine for your direct debits etc
